Job Description :

As a  Restoration Technician  under team-led supervision, your job is to clean, dry, and remediate buildings damaged by fire, water, smoke, and mold under IICRC standards.

Our primary coverage area is Central Maryland and Baltimore Metro areas.

We routinely serve in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Frederick, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel counties.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude and are eager to think and learn quickly.

Experience in water extraction, mold, fire restoration, light demolition, and general clean-up is a PLUS but not required .

Candidate must have no issues with consistent standing, moving, and lifting.

This is a  full-time  position with rotational on-call.

We are an  emergency response company  and the candidate should expect overtime, after-hours, and weekend shifts to be required on an "as-needed" and rotating basis.

Additional Information :

• No experience is required- we will train the right candidates .
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles.

• Paid training opportunities, quarterly company events, a company phone, paid Institute of Inspections Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) after 6 months of employment.
