We are looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team! This position will be responding to residential and commercial properties that have suffered a loss. No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities :
- Evaluate damage caused by water, mold, smoke and fire
- Protect client property through careful handling
- Remove affected building material (flooring, sheetrock etc.) according to protocol
- Set up specialized equipment that promotes the drying and sanitation of affected areas
- Monitor job sites in order to document and evaluate the drying process
- Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the process to provide information and reassurance, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism
- Deliver excellence in customer service while exceeding the client’s expectation
