Job Description:
This role requires thorough attention to details, daily task implementation of approved or/updated corporate processes to meet performance expectations - not limited to - effective emails, email follow up, corporate CRM data entry, knowledge of basic building systems to innovate and improve client performance expectations, phone calls/virtual consulting, etc.
Candidate must be self-motivated and proficient at keeping deadlines while working remotely.
Responsibilities

Seek out, follow through, improve documentation needed to complete Xactimate estimates in a timely efficient manner.

Daily interaction with contractors to keep estimate reviews moving forward.

Daily Interaction with Claims Management for documentation updates and/or supporting insurance justification.

Relationship management activities, some consulting, and desire to support & improve client restoration businesses.

Market Leadership through continuous learning & technology as it pertains to the restoration industry.

Attend appropriate company meetings.
