Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Division Supervisor to oversee and manage our landscape maintenance operations. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance services, managing teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and supervise multiple maintenance crews, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, seasonal work plans, and best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to team members to ensure a skilled and professional workforce.
• Monitor job costs, labor hours, and material usage to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Maintain and track equipment and vehicle usage, ensuring proper maintenance and care.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Assist with estimating, contract negotiations, and proposal development for new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for business growth and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf management, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in client relations and customer service, with a professional and personable approach.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Working knowledge of landscape equipment, tools, and maintenance practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Some travel may be required, but less than 10% of total work time.
