Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with plumbing estimates , ensuring accurate information is provided
- Coordinate with technicians to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
