Job Summary
As an ERP Success Manager in the restoration industry, you will drive the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP program across restoration company clients. This role involves overseeing training, sales enablement, and program management to ensure clients effectively develop and sell Emergency Response Plans, enhancing their disaster preparedness and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams on ERP development and sales strategies.
- Guide clients through structured sales processes, sharing best practices and industry insights.
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations for program optimization.
- Develop and maintain educational resources, sales tools, and implementation guides.
- Conduct regular check-ins and success planning sessions with client sales teams.
- Travel to client sites as needed for hands-on training and program launches.
- Identify and document successful case studies and best practices to share across the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedback and market needs.
Qualifications Required
- Extensive experience in the restoration industry, with a strong understanding of commercial property disaster preparedness.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience selling Emergency Response Plans or similar services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong project management and program development skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
