ACCOUNT MANAGER REPRESENTATIVE
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA (NEW TERRITORY),YORK, PA, & EPHRATA, PA
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is to develop and maintain professional relationships that generate business within a range of different target markets throughout our territory. This will include both identifying potential referral partners and clients along with maintaining existing referral partners. The Account Manager (AM) will coordinate with the VP of Business Development & Marketing, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Estimators, Operations and Administrative teams with all job-related items as needed.
A major focus of this position will be to nurture and assure the comfort of both clients and referral partners as assigned. The AM will have access to project information. Relaying information with the project team during the execution of a project where the referral is considered the AM’s account.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential referral sources within assigned Target Markets by developing markets assigned and by creating mutually beneficial connections with them
- Develop & Maintain relationships using the RR BD Core Process with assigned target markets who will become referral partners
- As assigned, attend / participate in associations and other networking events
- Lead and participate in tradeshows
- Maintain records of AM activity, recording in CRM database
- Interact with project management team to assure client and referral partner satisfaction
- Maintain a positive professional company relationship and image at all times
- May assist in issue resolution, and help communication between project team and others outside the project team who are interested
- Be an ambassador of Restoration Relief to the marketplace
- Gain knowledge of the market and competitors, help to identify and develop the company’s unique propositions and differentiators

Prerequisites and Qualifications
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Ability to persevere
- Ability to work at high levels of activity
- At least two years experience working in the Disaster Restoration field (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good driving record
