Water Mitigation Technician

Restorations by Highmark is looking for a positive, dependable, entry level Mitigation Tech - Demolition Laborer that enjoys a variety of duties and working within a team. Training will be provided.

**Starting wage at $20.00 an hour. Experience will impact wage!**

**Time and a half pay for anything over 40 hours**

Responsibilities:

Will perform multiple tasks relating to restoration and mitigation industry including, but not limited to:

• Demolition
• Cleaning
• Dry-Outs
• Pack-Outs
• Setting equipment

Summary:

Our Technicians frequently work in conditions involving fire/smoke damage, water damage and various other situations to help clients and properties recover from damage due to unforeseen disasters.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record and ability to pass an MVR screening to drive our vehicles
• Must pass a background check
• Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
• Experience in mitigation or a related industry preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, accept over-time, and be on an on-call rotation

*IICRC certifications for water, fire and mold are a plus, but not required*

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:
