Description
- Welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of bookings
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide information about our services in a knowledgeable manner
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain client confidentiality
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless client experience
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed
