Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent for clinical, administrative, and leadership positions
- Identify and implement tools, technology, and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Create a data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging metrics and KPIs to assess and optimize performance
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with RFH’s mission, values, and role-specific qualifications
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and define job requirements
- Provide consultative support and training to hiring managers on interview techniques, market trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives
- Enhance RFH’s employer brand to attract top talent through marketing, career events, and social media campaigns
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Represent RFH at career fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the organization
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience recruiting for clinical or healthcare roles
- Experience in high-growth or multi-site healthcare organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider recruitment strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
