Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide esthetic services, including consultations, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Licensed esthetician with experience working with Neveskin (formerly Cryoskin) equipment.
- Experience or certification in the use of Hydrafacial equipment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping people look and feel their best.
