About the Job : In the role of General Manager, you play a critical role in the success of the Restore Hyper Wellness studio. Your primary responsibility is to drive the overall revenue and success of the studio. You do this by overseeing all aspects of the customer journey : marketing, sales, membership, and retention, and by providing an exceptional in-studio experience for our members, customers, and prospects. Ensuring the studio is operating at a high level of excellence across the in-studio team (employees), services, and customer service is your most important ongoing responsibility. Your role demands the ability to manage a complex business successfully (recovery services, medical services, and skin health services - all under one roof), all while managing and supporting a high-performing and highly educated team that can speak authoritatively to health, wellness, and the Restore services and therapies. Additionally you are the face of the studio and must be comfortable with outside sales and be willing to engage with outside businesses to promote Restore. Excellent management, communication, and sales skills and sales experience are required. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and who has a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and independence. We need a person who can think strategically, looking ahead to create strategies and plans for the next month and quarter. You will also be required to think tactically on a daily basis, making adjustments and refining plans based on current challenges and data, to make the right adjustments to ensure continued growth and success of the studio. Work You’ll Do : Achieve and exceed revenue goals within the studio on a monthly basis. Own the studio P&L and studio KPIs. Be responsible for effective studio marketing and sales. Including responsibility for the timely and thorough management of inbound leads and first-time visitors (FTVs). Work with your team to achieve a consistent conversion rate of >
30%. Fully staff the studio with exceptional high-performing Health and Wellness Reps, Nurses, Estheticians, and an Assistant General manager, all while staying within a defined payroll budget. Maintain high morale, excitement, and dedication to the mission amongst the employees in the studio. Hold regular 1-1s and work individually to coach and train all employees in the studio. Onboard, and offboard employees as required. Ensure all new employees receive excellent training for all roles. Execution of in-studio and out of studio events to drive leads, FTVs, new members, and overall revenue growth. Create long-lasting high-value and unique partnerships with businesses in the community. Accountable for daily studio operations, inclusive of schedule management, studio staffing coverage, facility upkeep, and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Provide an exceptional in-studio experience for our customers. Continually look for ways to improve the customer experience, add more value, and help our customers better achieve their health and wellness goals. Ensure studios maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. What We’re Looking For : A dynamic leader with experience in managing people in high stress environments. Proven track record in management and team development. Well organized, clear communicator, self-starter. Ability to drive improvement and hold team members accountable.
