Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Medical Assistant to join its established health and wellness studio as a Medical Assistant/Wellness Representative in South Portland, Maine.

Medical Assistant/Wellness Representatives play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience with a focus on assisting our RN/Medical team. Primary shifts are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Assist the nurse on duty with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
- Obtain and record vital signs accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule and manage practitioner appointments, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Review patient charts to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support IV drip, hyperbaric oxygen, and compression therapies; ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, providing efficient and friendly service.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and tidiness.
- Provide general wellness engagement and assistance to clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous or current training/experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant
- A passion for health and wellness!
- Friday and Weekend availability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Tech-savvy; able to learn point-of-sale systems and complex equipment.
