We are looking for a passionate, sales-driven Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team and contribute to our clients' wellness journeys. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company that is making a real impact in the health and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Service & Education : Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and educating clients about Restore's services, explaining the benefits of our modalities, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Sales Focus : Drive sales by promoting our services and products, meeting individual sales goals, and providing exceptional experiences that encourage repeat visits and word-of-mouth referrals.

Store Operations : Assist with daily store operations, including but not limited to, cleaning, laundry, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and functionality of the center.

Client Experience : Go above and beyond to ensure clients have an exceptional experience with every visit. You will be the face of our brand, and your positive energy will help clients feel welcome and comfortable.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive, supportive, and high-energy work environment.

Continuous Learning : Stay informed about new services, trends, and product offerings to better serve our clients and promote new opportunities.

Qualifications :

Passion for Wellness : A strong interest in health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Sales-driven : Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets with a genuine interest in helping clients find the right services for their needs.

Customer-focused : Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Coachable & Growth-oriented : Open to feedback, willing to learn, and driven to improve both personally and professionally.

Team Player : Ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Detail-oriented : Strong attention to detail, particularly with regard to maintaining store operations and client interactions.

Prior Experience : While previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, we're willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.

Compensation :

Starting pay : $15 / hour commission (with potential for performance-based increases)

Compensation : $15.00 per hour
