**The EVP of Innovative Strategy & Ideas Role**
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Executive Vice President of Innovative Strategy & Ideas at Restoring Our Youth Organization Inc. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic vision and direction.
The EVP of Innovative Strategy & ideas will lead the development of the strategic plan/framework for the organization, while adhering to direction set by the CED and Board of Directors. This will include formalizing and leading the strategic planning process, focusing on long-term trends, outlook and competitive intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities to determine Partners' current and future needs, industry trends, and how the organization can differentiate itself. They will also have excellent research and organizational skills, as well as strong written and spoken communication skills.
