As a member and officer of the Restoring.Our.youth, you will be part of a true change for youth, teens, young adults, and communities that we serve.

This position requires a highly skilled individual who can lead the development of the strategic plan/framework for the organization, while adhering to direction set by the CED and Board of Directors. The successful candidate will have strong analytical abilities to determine Partners' current and future needs, industry trends, and how the organization can differentiate itself.

The EVP of Innovative Strategy & ideas develops and shepherds the processes to determine the need and plans to position, grow and compete with other organizations in the nonprofit sector. This includes formalizing and leading the strategic planning process, focusing on long-term trends, outlook and competitive intelligence.

The ideal candidate will work closely with other executives to define and develop goals and objectives, align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organization. Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential, along with excellent research and organizational skills.
