Job Overview :
The Sales Closer is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities, conducting discovery calls, and closing sales for our coaching programs. This role requires an exceptional communicator with a proven ability to convert high-quality leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate is results-driven, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and has a strong track record of closing high-ticket offers.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct phone-based sales consultations with prospective clients who have shown interest in our coaching programs.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to communicate the value of our offerings, overcome objections, and close deals.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing a high volume of deals each month.
Provide potential clients with guidance, support, and solutions tailored to their needs and goals.
Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure client success and satisfaction post-sale.
Participate in ongoing sales training and development to enhance skills and sales performance.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a high-ticket sales closer, preferably in coaching, education, or real estate-related industries.
Demonstrated ability to close sales and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to follow structured sales processes.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with remote or phone-based sales.
