Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychometrics Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in developing, analyzing, and validating assessment tools and methodologies that measure psychological constructs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of psychometric principles, along with experience in financial software to support data analysis and reporting.
We believe in flexibility and work/life balance. We understand it is like catching a unicorn, but we work towards it daily! If there is the ability to have a flex hybrid schedule for a day we do offer that work from home flexibility (no patients in office, just collecting data, scoring or running down observer reports).
We are looking for at least 2 psychometrists for our new Goodyear office.
Duties
- Design and implement psychometric assessments to evaluate psychological traits and abilities.
- Conduct statistical analyses to validate assessment tools, ensuring reliability and validity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new measurement instruments.
- Analyze data from assessments and prepare comprehensive reports on findings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in psychometrics and related fields.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of psychometric tools and interpretation of results.
- Utilize financial software for data management, analysis, and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelors degree or higher in Psychology, Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field, however, with experience this requirement may be waived.
- Proven experience in psychometric testing and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Willingness to complete continued and ongoing training to assist with keeping up in current trends in psychological assessment methodologies.

Pay: $24.38 - $26.14 per hour
