Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage Prospects: Identify and qualify businesses within our target verticals, securing discovery calls or meetings to kick off their RCS journey.
- Navigate Organizations: Map out decision-makers within prospect companies and build meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
- Master Retail Challenges: Understand the unique challenges faced by retailers and communicate how RCS’s solutions can meet their needs.
- Tech-Driven Outreach: Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Google Workspace to engage prospects and maintain detailed CRM records.
- Collaborate Closely: Work with Account Executives to ensure a smooth lead handoff and align strategies for success.
- Marketing Synergy: Partner with the marketing team to utilize CRM best practices for top-of-funnel lead generation, tailoring outreach strategies to align with our ICPs and target verticals.
- Refine & Improve: Analyze results, embrace feedback, and continuously refine your approach to exceed outreach and pipeline goals.
- Represent RCS: Attend conferences and trade shows to network with industry leaders, represent our brand, and promote RCS solutions (25-30% travel expected).

- Office Environment: Standard office setup with extended periods on calls and working online.
- Travel: Up to 25-30% travel within the U.S. for trade shows and events.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
