RDM is recruiting a full-time Personnel Coordinator with the opportunity for career advancement.
REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:
- Live in the Sanford, Altamonte, Deltona, Longwood, Oviedo, Winter Springs area.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, experienced team player.
- Must have previous administrative experience or a recent college graduate.
- Must have extremely good phone skills and be willing to interview over the phone
- Must have excellent skills in MS Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word
Candidate will be tested during the interview on these applications.
- Must be a nonsmoker
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment of part-time retail reps
- Interview prospective RDM retail reps
- Complete new hire paperwork for all hired associates
- Clerical duties & data input
- Construct Excel activity reports
- Various administrative duties
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
