The Opportunity:
The role of the Project Coordinator is to organize and manage the implementation of new projects. In addition, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for driving closure of these projects with client sign off stating the project was completed successfully.
Role Purpose:
- Partner with various internal teams such as accounting, technical support, and customer support to provide a seamless implementation of all hardware and software.
- Drive continuous processes to improve the implementation process for greater customer satisfaction.
- Meet set objectives to achieve performance measures.
Objectives:
- On board new customers after the sales process is complete.
- Design an efficient implementation plan based on the customers’ needs and timeline.
- Prioritize multiple projects and ensure a successful implementation.
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to better serve the customer experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Leadership in a project coordinator role and a proven track record of success.
- Project management experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- High level of Excellent skills and abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:
- A background in strategic thinking, problem resolution, technical support, resource coordination, and customer service.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.

· Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT.
· Some weekend work may be required but this is rare.
Salary : $20 - $25
