- Execute assigned projects with precision and punctuality, which may include:
- Organizing and stocking products on the sales floor
- Conducting audits to ensure correct product placement
- Affixing promotional stickers and signage to products
- Collecting data and setting up displays
- Maintaining planogram standards and product knowledge training
- Reporting project completion through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App
- Preparing for in-store projects by gathering necessary supplies and reviewing instructions
- Engaging in routine decision-making to resolve store-level issues
- Cultivate and maintain respectful, professional relationships with store personnel to align with company and client objectives.
- Foster collaborative relationships with RMS employees, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations
- Reliable transportation for commuting to designated retailers
- Internet access with capabilities for downloading and printing
- Proficiency with smart devices operating on iOS or Android
- Strong communication skills, both in person and via phone/email
- Effective planning and organizational abilities
