Merchandising Representative - Retail Part-Time

Job Overview

Retail Merchandising Services, Inc. (RMS) is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Retail Merchandising Representative to join our esteemed team. This role offers you the opportunity to thrive in the retail sector while enjoying the flexibility to set your own hours. You will be responsible for servicing retail locations within a 15-mile radius of your residence, with varying hours that typically range from 6 to 11 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned merchandising projects accurately and promptly, which may include:
• Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor
• Conducting audits to confirm proper product placement
• Data collection and setup of displays
• Maintaining planogram standards
• Providing product knowledge training
• Utilize the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App to report project completions, including answering project-specific questions and uploading necessary photos.
• Prepare for store assignments by ensuring all resources and instructions are gathered.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with key store personnel to achieve both company and client objectives.
• Manage routine decision-making and escalate issues to the Home Office as necessary, while maintaining an organized workflow.

• Reliable transportation to commute within a 15-mile radius of your home.
• Regular access to a smart device with an iOS or Android operating system for project requirements.
• Internet access with the capability to download and print documents.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from \(10.00 to \)13.25.
• Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel beyond your home location.
