Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned merchandising projects accurately and promptly, which may include:
- Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor
- Conducting audits to confirm proper product placement
- Data collection and setup of displays
- Maintaining planogram standards
- Providing product knowledge training
- Utilize the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App to report project completions, including answering project-specific questions and uploading necessary photos.
- Prepare for store assignments by ensuring all resources and instructions are gathered.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with key store personnel to achieve both company and client objectives.
- Manage routine decision-making and escalate issues to the Home Office as necessary, while maintaining an organized workflow.
- Basic understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
- Proficient in utilizing smart devices and relevant applications.
- Strong communication skills across various platforms, including in-person, phone, and email.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize weekly tasks.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize basic tools as needed.
- Reliable transportation to commute within a 15-mile radius of your home.
- Regular access to a smart device with an iOS or Android operating system for project requirements.
- Internet access with the capability to download and print documents.
- Ability to self-manage workflow and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from \(10.00 to \)13.25.
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel beyond your home location.
- Drive time compensation at $10.00 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher.
