(RMS) as a Part-Time Retail Merchandising Representative, where you will enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule while servicing various retail locations near your home. This role provides the unique opportunity to balance work and personal commitments, with an average expectation of 6-11 hours of work each week, dependent on seasonal demands.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Timely and accurate completion of merchandising projects such as stocking, organizing products, and conducting audits.
• Ensuring proper product placement and setup, including display arrangements and planogram maintenance.
• Collecting relevant data and documenting project completions through our RMS Web Portal or Mobile App.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key store personnel and RMS colleagues to achieve mutual objectives.
• Proactively managing routine decision-making to resolve issues that may arise during project execution.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from \(10.00 to \)13.25.
• Mileage reimbursement at \(0.45 per mile for assignments outside your home store, with drive time compensated at \)10.00 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher.
