Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Part-Time Retail Merchandise Representative to join Retail Merchandising Services, Inc. (RMS), a reputable national merchandising company. This role allows you to thrive in the retail environment while enjoying the autonomy to design your own schedule. Your duties will involve servicing various retail locations within a 15-mile radius of your residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned projects with precision and timeliness, which may include:
• Stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor
• Conducting audits to ensure proper product placement
• Implementing promotional signage and labels
• Collecting data and reporting findings
• Setting up and maintaining product displays
• Managing planogram resets
• Utilize the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App to report completed tasks, providing necessary documentation and photos.
• Prepare for in-store duties by organizing supplies and reviewing project instructions.
• Utilize sound judgment for routine decision-making and escalate issues when needed.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with store personnel and fellow RMS team members.

• Basic understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
• Ability to comprehend retail terminology and procedures.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to various retail sites.
• Proficiency in internet usage with capability for downloading and printing.
• Regular access to a smart device (iOS or Android) for project management.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from \(10.00 to \)13.25.
• Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel outside your assigned location.
• Paid drive time at $10.00 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is greater.
