Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of the RMS team, your responsibilities will include:

• Executing retail merchandising projects with precision and accuracy on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis.
• Serving retail establishments within a 15-mile radius of your residence while managing a flexible part-time schedule of approximately 6-11 hours weekly.
• Performing product stocking, organization, and auditing to ensure optimal placement on the sales floor.
• Conducting data collection, display setup, and planogram maintenance in accordance with project guidelines.
• Maintaining effective communication with store personnel to foster strong professional relationships and facilitate project completion.
• Utilizing the RMS Web Portal and Mobile App for project reporting and documentation.
  
  

Required Skills

• A foundational understanding of retail and merchandising operations, with the ability to comprehend retail terminology.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to local retailers.
• Proficient internet access, including capabilities to download and print materials.
• Regular access to a smart device that supports iOS or Android applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
• Organizational skills to independently plan and execute assigned projects.
• Familiarity with basic tools such as screwdrivers and box cutters, along with a willingness to learn.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from \(10.00 to \)13.25.
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.45 per mile for travel to locations outside of your home store, with additional compensation for drive time as applicable.
