- Execute all assigned merchandising projects in a timely and precise manner, which may include:
- Stocking and arranging products on the sales floor
- Conducting audits to ensure proper product placement
- Applying stickers or signage on products
- Collecting data
- Setting up displays
- Maintaining planograms
- Report completion of projects through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, including answering specific project-related questions and uploading required photographs.
- Prepare for in-store tasks by ensuring necessary supplies are on hand and reviewing project communications.
- Make routine decisions regarding issues in-store that may need escalation to the Home Office and establish a work schedule to meet deadlines.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to achieve company and client objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with RMS team members, ensuring timely and respectful communication.
- Fundamental understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting retail-related terms and procedures.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to retail locations.
- Regular access to a smart device with an iOS or Android operating system, with internet capabilities.

Compensation And Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from \(10.00 to \)13.25.
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for temporary assignments.
- Drive time compensation at $10.00 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is greater.
