Retail Pharmacy Manager Opportunity
At Retail Options, we're seeking a compassionate and patient-centric Pharmacist to manage and grow our pharmacy presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our pharmacy relationship with health center clients, engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff
- Provide drug-related education and act as a member of the patient care team
- Attend clinical meetings and demonstrate high standards of patient quality care
- Motivate and inspire pharmacy staff, maximizing colleagues' strengths and weaknesses
- Address knowledge gaps through education and training
- Oversee pharmacy operational management, including regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university
- Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations
- Previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with 340b knowledge preferred
- ~3 years related pharmacy experience
- ~Vaccination Administration
- ~Planning and implementation of growth strategies for your pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within 340 B pharmacy
Familiar with leading staff
