We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist to manage the deployment, updates, support, and
troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and software across our retail stores and warehouse environments. Based in Kansas City, MO, this
role requires travel to nearby locations to provide hands-on support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting up new
retail stores and warehouse operations, ensuring our technology systems operate smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Management : Set up, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure in retail stores and warehouses.
- Software Support : Provide comprehensive support for NetSuite ERP, Shopify POS, Microsoft Azure, PowerApps, and
other systems, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
