Description :
The Production Lead at Retail Rebel is an assisting member of the warehouse leadership team reporting to the Warehouse Production Supervisor. As a leader of sorter / Pricer positions, this role is specialized in a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to training new employees, keeping the team on task, organized, maintaining efficient processes, meeting production goals, and communicating praise, concern, and employee questions to supervisors as needed.
