Duties
- Operate the POS system and cash register to process customer transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
