Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and maintain electro-mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment.
- Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper system assembly and installation.
- Assist in the development and modification of prototypes and systems.
- Perform testing and calibration of electromechanical devices to ensure proper operation and functionality.
- Provide support in the installation and setup of new machinery and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Document all work completed, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
- 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical system assembly, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in an industrial environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
