Key Performance Outcomes
- Support the One Team, One Goal of net BOB growth
- Support 95% client retention goal
- 95% or higher performance score in call audits
- Consistently meet or exceed talk time minimums while managing non-queue tasks
Key Responsibilities / Expectation
- Fully perform all duties of a CSAII
- Follow CMS/Medicare guidelines with completion of annual compliance training
- Maintain your OH, KY, IN, PA, FL (etc.) health insurance license
- Participate in team communication channels (e.g., team chat) to collaborate with colleagues and provide assistance when needed
- Support team workshops as needed
- Support team training as needed
- Provide expert support for difficult or escalated customer inquiries, offering solutions and guidance as needed
- Conduct appointments for new acquisition clients
- Conduct IHIP renewal appointments, as needed
- Conduct appointments that support revenue projects
- Support Business Development team table initiatives, as needed
- Support the Telesales overflow queue, when assigned
- Attend meetings as assigned
- Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules and regulations.
- Report hazardous conditions and any job-related injury or illness to your manager.
- And any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our company values.

- Minimum 1 year of Medicare customer service experience preferred
- Active OH, KY, IN, PA, FL insurance license
- Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certified
- No performance based disciplinary action
- No repetitive unplanned absences
