REtokens USA Inc. CEO is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the charge in revolutionizing real estate investment. At REtokens, we’re pioneering the future with blockchain-powered real estate tokenization and marketplace technology.

Your mission is to position REtokens as the leading platform in this space through world-class brand development, innovative digital strategies, and unparalleled lead generation. This role is at the forefront of marketing transformation, where creativity meets strategy to deliver measurable results in brand recognition and investor engagement.

Key Objectives:

• Be part of the world’s largest and most trusted marketplace for real estate tokens -- where investors gain access, issuers unlock liquidity, and opportunities connect.
• Consistently generate high-quality leads and grow our issuer and investor base.
• Develop innovative content strategies, maximize engagement, and optimize marketing assets.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re an innovator—creative, adaptable, and driven to achieve results in a dynamic startup environment. As a self-starter with a passion for excellence, you’ll work closely with the CEO and COO while leading the charge in strategic marketing initiatives. From creating compelling content to optimizing our call to action, your role will touch every aspect of modern marketing, including:

• Building strategic brand recognition through innovative campaigns.
• Developing and executing lead conversion funnels and social media strategies.
• Driving engagement via podcasts, industry events, and thought leadership.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Expertise in WordPress
• Proficiency in social media, algorithms, analytics, and SEO.
• Strong analytical abilities with a results-driven approach.
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution skills.
• Solid AI experience and use

Qualifications:

• 2 years in a lead marketing role
• Proven track record of driving significant lead generation and brand growth.

Compensation:

$85,000–$100,000 DOE plus benefits
