What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Retreat Outside?

We have a local painting business and are looking for full and part time painters. We do mostly residential but some commercial work. Our focus is mainly on the South side of Kauai. We pay based on experience. Starting wages are $30-$40 an hour. We are looking for someone who cares about doing great work and would like to grow with our company.
