Project Manager for Eco-Friendly Resort

We are seeking a skilled project manager with experience in construction, budgeting, and software tracking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Humboldt County Planning codes and Coastal Commission rules.

The property is a 2-acre apple orchard located in Trinidad, zoned Rural, Residential, and Agricultural. Our goal is to build low-impact mini-units for farm stays and develop an eco-wellness resort.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting on-site with contractors to monitor projects
  • Collaborating with the owner via Zoom twice a week to track progress
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and planning codes
