RetroAIM is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our Accounting department in a variety of administrative and operational functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the payables SOP, ensuring timely processing of payments.
- Assist in managing company bank accounts and related financial operations.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with accounting SOPs.
- Manage company credit card accounts and ensure proper usage.
- Monitor and manage the expense checking account SOP.
- Oversee the petty cash SOP and serve as the monitor for petty cash.
- Handle ACH notifications for accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
