RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a #CRE Investment firm is seeking to add a Financial Analyst to their Asset Management team. The main product type for this role is high end office properties. The company offers great growth potential, industry exposure and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of solid foundation in financial analysis, modeling, excel functions, and Argus. Prior office asset management experience is preferred, but they will also look at candidates with similar product type experience. Candidates must be able to commute 5 days per week to the office in Costa Mesa, CA. The office is in a walkable area with lunch and fitness options located close by.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
