RETS Associates is excited to announce a new opening for a Senior Capital Projects Manager on behalf of our client, a leading retail and office Owner and Developer. This prestigious company boasts the largest shopping mall (2.8 MSF) and the second highest sales volume ($800 PSF) in California. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all capital construction projects.
This role entails direct interaction with various departments, including Architecture, Leasing, Accounting, Engineering, Government / Community Relations, Tenant Construction, and Facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage capital projects, focusing on both retail tenant improvements and mixed-use developments.
- Lead the pre-design process, budgeting, bidding, and value engineering phases.
- Ensure adherence to ADA, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage projects valued at over $10M, collaborating closely with key internal teams.
