VP, Capital Markets-Debt

RETS Associates, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Vice President of Capital Markets, Debt to be located in Atlanta or Dallas. This role involves leading the origination, structuring, and execution of debt financing transactions across the client's investments and developing the financing strategy for a multi-billion-dollar real estate investment platform. The VP will work closely with the acquisitions, development, and asset management teams and will report jointly to the CEO and CFO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt capital markets, or investment banking.
• Proven success in leading and executing debt financing transactions for commercial real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate debt instruments, market dynamics, and regulations.
  
  

Compensation: This role will have a base salary of $150-250k plus bonus and promote.
