ReturnPro is looking for a team oriented, driven, and energetic RMA Associate. RMA Associate performs all tasks involved in the return of ReturnPro products. This position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure the process is as efficient and safe as possible. The RMA Associate ensures the return process is handled in a timely manner.
We are looking for an attentive production associate to ensure that the equipment is handled properly. The Production Associate is also responsible for evaluating the quality of end products. To be successful as a production associate you must have attention to detail. A good production associate has excellent knowledge of product specs and the quality expected from the client.

- Check in returned product
- Document all items that are received
- Take pictures of items
- Daily reports
- Print, document, scan, rename pdf’s, make file folders
- Pictures for all RMA’s and sort into proper folders
- Follows standard work methods
- Practices safe work habits to ensure process is as efficient and safe as possible
- Help identify cost/time-saving measures to increase production
- Perform all production operation according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Follows standard operating procedures
- Maintain equipment and clean work areas
- Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
- Evaluate the quality of end products
- Ensure that the workspace is clean and neat
- Keep a record of work orders
- Ensure that health and safety laws are followe d
- A high school qualification or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
- Knowledge of health and safety laws
- Excellent knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing process
- Frequently required to walk, bend, use hands, and reach with hands and arms
- Possible weekend work and overtime required (including potential overnight shifts)
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to frequently and repetitively lift and carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs
- Ability to frequently and repetitively bend, lift and reach to install parts of varying size and weight overhead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
