Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Ensure proper lead handoff to sales teams based on funnel stage and qualification criteria for both SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Build automated lead nurturing workflows to maintain consistent and effective communication with leads.
- Monitor the progression of leads and analyze where improvements can be made to improve conversion rates.
- Oversee and manage social media strategies for SMB, Enterprise, and Sales, ensuring content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content that supports lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that align with overall marketing and sales goals.
- Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure alignment between marketing-generated leads and sales needs, improving lead quality and sales conversion rates.
- Act as the liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring that marketing campaigns are effectively driving leads that align with sales goals.
- Track and report on the performance of lead nurturing efforts and make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
- Work closely with the Demand Marketing Manager to align lead engagement strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights on lead engagement to inform future campaigns and social media strategies.
- Track lead engagement performance and report metrics to the Demand Marketing Manager.
- Identify opportunities to optimize lead engagement strategies based on performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, or sales support roles.
- Proven experience in managing social media strategies for businesses, preferably in both SMB and Enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and customer relationship management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track and optimize lead engagement and social media metrics.
