About the Company

Reunitus is the leading provider of SaaS solutions for Lost Item and Mishandled Bag Resolution, including related Claims and Compliance. We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Sr. Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for our enterprise SaaS offerings. This is a high-impact role that will directly influence the growth and success of our products, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, data fluency, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with major enterprise clients (e.g., airlines, rental cars, casinos), lead a small product team (including a Product Owner), and collaborate with senior executives across the organization. This role reports directly to the company’s Chief Technology Officer and President.

About the Role

As Sr. Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and go-to-market planning to feature delivery, customer satisfaction, and product-led growth. You will craft compelling, data-driven business cases, translate strategic ideas into detailed requirements, and guide the product roadmap to ensure NetTracer remains the leading SaaS solution in our target markets. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and best practices, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision : Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on product-led growth (PLG) principles. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation, including responsible application of artificial intelligence.
  • Requirements & Collaboration : Translate product strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements specifications for engineering teams. Will require a solid understanding of technical concepts, APIs, integrations, and software development lifecycles to effectively communicate with engineers and make informed technical decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design to ensure on-time, high-quality feature delivery.
  • Growth & Monetization : Drive product growth through data-driven experimentation and optimization. Develop and execute growth hacking strategies, A / B test for growth, and deeply understand key SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, MRR, ARPU). Contribute to pricing strategy and explore new monetization models.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data from various analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform product decisions at every stage of the lifecycle. Conduct A / B testing, analyze user behavior, and translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
  • User Research & Customer Focus : Lead user research efforts, employing a variety of methodologies (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, A / B testing, journey mapping) to deeply understand customer needs and pain points. Establish continuous feedback loops and incorporate user insights into the product roadmap.
  • Product Roadmap & Execution : Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing enterprise custom requests with scalable product development. Prioritize features strategically, make data-informed trade-offs, and communicate the roadmap effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy : Serve as the primary product liaison for SaaS customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their evolving needs are met. Conduct product demos, lead customer training, and gather feedback to refine product features.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and mentor a Product Owner, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, customer success) to align on product priorities and drive successful product launches.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis : Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Communication & Presentation : Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders through compelling presentations and clear written communication.
