Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail, capable of creating high-quality cabinetry that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role involves working with various materials and tools to fabricate, assemble, and install cabinets for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to design requirements.
- Assemble cabinets and furniture components with precision.
- Install cabinetry, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Accountable for maintaining and teaching all manufacturing processes
- Accountable for overall quality controls of assembler
- Use tools in accordance to the manufacturing process
- Select proper quality stock for specific task at hand
- Follow the proper milling specs for each part produced
- Follow proper sanding technique for finishing prep
- Choose proper materials to fill and mask all defects before final sanding

- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
- Strong skills in assembling various cabinetry components.
- Ability to operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
