Reuther Material is an industry-leading company specializing in building materials. We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for full-time, experienced and skillful dispatchers to join our dynamic team. Position is based out of our Succasunna, NJ location.
Qualifications :
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Pro-Active and Self-Motivated
- Above average computer skills
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, dispatch software, and GPS systems
- Must be reliable and able to dedicate the time necessary to complete all tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and customers
Dispatcher(s) will report to the Senior Dispatcher and assist in the coordination of all necessary daily activities related to company logistics operations. This may include scheduling deliveries, communicating with customers, entering delivery tickets, scheduling vehicle maintenance, monitoring vehicle and driver compliance, and other logistics related processes.
