Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Assess vehicle damage and create accurate repair plans
- Operate welding equipment, frame straighteners, and other essential tools and machinery
- Restore vehicle to their pre-accident condition, including refinishing and painting as required
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in auto body repair and techniques
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses a strong attention to detail, has the ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch results. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the auto body repair industry, who are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in their work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto repair and restoration
- I-CAR Gold required; Platinum preferred
- ASE Certification preferred
- Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Certification from a recognized auto body repair program is a plus
