REV Copack is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager who's excited to jump in and help our growing company!
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for ensuring our products and processes meet or exceed the safety and quality standards expected by REV Copack and our customers. As the leader of the Quality Assurance team, the QA Manager also ensures proper training, testing, and inspection protocols for the team.

- Developing quality assurance processes: Creating and implementing procedures and tests to identify defects and irregularities
- Managing quality assurance and control teams: Hiring, training, and supervising quality control technicians
- Monitoring quality: Ensuring that products meet quality standards at various stages of production
- Identifying problems: Identifying quality issues and areas for improvement
- Recommending solutions: Providing feedback and recommendations to production management and staff
- Documenting findings: Writing reports on production issues, quality trends, and root cause analyses
- Communicating quality information: Sharing quality control information with relevant departments, vendors, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance: Making sure that production processes follow legal and environmental regulations
- Improving the manufacturing process: Finding ways to improve the manufacturing process to maximize resources and produce better products
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Related Experience: At least 3-5 years of related experience
- Previous management experience required
- Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) certification is required
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of best practices in quality assurance measures and procedures
- Preferred: Safe Quality Food and/or general food safety certification

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
