ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Sell assigned products (e.g., beverages, snacks, souvenirs) throughout the stadium seating areas.
- Carry a tray or portable container stocked with items for sale.
- Handle cash, credit card, or mobile transactions quickly and accurately.
- Memorize and shout product-specific chants or pitches to draw attention and boost sales.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and engaging attitude with all fans and guests.
- Restock inventory as needed and report product levels to supervisors.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of assigned areas, as needed.
- Provide general assistance and directions to guests.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for several hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. while walking stairs and aisles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or food & beverage a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
