ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Receive deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies and verify against order sheets and invoices
- Safely store all items in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and organization
- Pull and distribute inventory to concession stands, suites, picnic areas, and other food service locations as requested
- Keep warehouse, walk-in coolers, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and report low stock or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts to move heavy products safely
- Support the setup and breakdown of food service areas on game days and for special events
- Work closely with the kitchen and concessions team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Follow all safety protocols and food handling procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Food & Beverage Manager
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or food service support role preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments (coolers/freezers)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
