About The Role
We are looking for a multi-talented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media accounts, contribute to various marketing endeavors, and help drive our brand"s online presence. The ideal candidate will have a marketing background, photography and planning experience, and a passion for social media marketing. Experience in marketing physical products to youth customers and an interest in robotics are highly preferred.

What you"ll do
Manage Social Media Accounts
- Oversee and manage social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing and branding objectives.
- Photography and video creation and editing, event planning, and the brand ambassador programs.
- Create and distribute email blasts and blogs to engage with REV's customers.
- Use Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to create engaging, brand-consistent content.
- Develop written and photo content that aligns with REV's identity and goals.
- Actively engage with and respond to followers and customers through various social media platforms.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and strategies.
- Track key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the REV's online presence remains relevant and effective.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and sales departments to achieve coherent and comprehensive brand messaging and customer engagement.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience in marketing physical products to youth customers is highly preferred.
- Any educational marketing experience is a plus.
- Marketing background with planning experience.
- Proficient in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid editing and presentation skills.
- Creative and innovative with strong multitasking abilities.
- Data analysis skills using spreadsheets and other tools.
- An interest in robotics is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of FIRST Organization is a plus.
